5. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

• All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Refunds or replacements are only provided for qualifying issues reported within 7 days of confirmed delivery
• Bundles must be returned in full (no partial returns)
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERMS
Orders are processed during the week and shipped on Saturdays.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
7. DAMAGE OR ISSUE REPORTING (7-DAY REQUIREMENT)
Customers must report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for replacement or resolution:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All original components must be included
• The customer must provide photos of the item and packaging
Requests submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
8. PAYMENT METHODS & DISPUTES
We accept various forms of payment, including third-party providers.
