Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may be reshipped for an additional fee or refunded minus original shipping costs.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because many products are prepared or reserved shortly after purchase, cancellations or changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.
