Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy (Legally Binding)
At CozyChemKids™, we proudly offer premium, small-batch, and collectible products. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing, as it outlines eligibility, timelines, and exclusions for refunds, returns, and exchanges.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. ALL SALES — IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to the collectible and limited-run nature of many CozyChemKids™ products:

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below

We do not accept partial returns (e.g., returning one item from a bundle)

Returned items must include all original components, packaging, and inserts
Failure to meet these conditions will result in the return being refused.
2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS (DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY)
We accept returns only if:

The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described

You contact us within 15 days of delivery

The item is unused and in original packaging
For approved cases:

We will cover return shipping

We will issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion

3. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS & EXCHANGES (LIMITED)
For non-defective items returned in 100% original condition:

A 30% restocking fee applies

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

The return must be requested within 15 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unaltered, and complete
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued minus the restocking fee.
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
4. FINAL SALE & COLLECTIBLE ITEMS
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Limited-edition or collectible items (including keychains)

Bundles where any component has been opened or removed

Digital products or downloads
-
Promotional or clearance items marked “Final Sale”
These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.
5. SHIPPING-RELATED REFUNDS
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the original purchase date:

If confirmed lost, a full refund may be issued
This does not apply to:

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Missed deliveries

6. FRAUD PREVENTION & ABUSE
To protect our customers and our brand, CozyChemKids™ reserves the right to:

Refuse returns that appear fraudulent or abusive

Deny refunds for incomplete or altered returns

Attempted chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account restriction.
