Refund & Return Policy
At CozyChemKids™, every product is created with care and intention. Because many of our items are part of limited releases, we have a thoughtful return policy designed to protect both our customers and our small business.
1. All Sales Policy
All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Normal wear and tear
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (if available)
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)
3. Limited Edition & Bundle Items
Many CozyChemKids™ products are limited release or bundled items.
Because of this:
- Replacements may not always be available
- Equivalent items or store credit may be offered instead
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Then contact us and we will do our best to assist
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
We can only cancel or modify an order if you contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders are considered final.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We are committed to resolving issues directly with you.

We reserve the right to provide:
- Order details
- Delivery confirmation
- Communication records
to payment processors in the event of a chargeback.
