PROCESSING TIME
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 4–5 business days for delivery within the United States.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at cozychemkids@gmail.com.
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, please contact us for a full refund of your purchase price.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
International Shipping:
Currently, CozyChemKids ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
CozyChemKids has the right to refuse returns that passed the 15 days allowed time after delivery.
